Questions
- How accurate is the Nepali calendar?
- The BS month-length table covers 1970–2090 BS (13 April 1913 to 13 April 2034) and is cross-checked against two independent sources.
- Does the ID check look anything up in a government registry?
- No. It checks format and checksums only (GSTIN mod-36, Aadhaar Verhoeff) and decodes what the number itself encodes, such as state or bank.
- Which input formats does the date tool accept?
- 2083-01-15, 15-01-2083, 15 Baisakh 2083 and १५ बैशाख २०८३. Devanagari digits, Nepali month names or a year above 2034 are read as BS; otherwise AD is assumed and the answer says so.
