Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Evemoo Tech Pvt. Ltd. (company reg. no. 169786/73/074), Pepsicola-32, Kathmandu 46001, Nepal ("we") collects through exepal.com, api.exepal.com and the Exepal MCP server. Contact: contact@laxmankafle.com.
What we collect
- Email address, when you create a free API key. We store it with a one-way hash of your key (not the key itself) so we can link credit and support requests to you.
- Usage records for each API or MCP call: the tool, time, outcome, price, and a payer identifier (a hashed key, a hashed IP address for free calls, or a wallet address for x402 payments). We use these for billing, abuse prevention and service statistics.
- Request content, such as the URL, text, domain or handle you send. It is processed to produce your result. We do not sell it and do not use it to build profiles of you. Some results may be cached briefly to make repeat calls faster.
- Payment details are handled by the payment provider (our merchant of record for card payments, Apify, or the x402 network). We do not see or store your card number.
Who processes data for us
Exepal runs on Cloudflare. Depending on the tool, your request content may be sent to upstream providers needed to answer it, for example AI model providers (such as Anthropic), search APIs (such as SerpAPI) or Apify. Card payments are processed by our merchant of record. Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data, show ads, or use advertising trackers on exepal.com.
Retention and your rights
We keep account emails and usage records while your key is active and as long as needed for billing, tax and abuse prevention. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to close your key, by writing to contact@laxmankafle.com. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws give you, including complaining to your local authority.
