Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Exepal (exepal.com, api.exepal.com and the Exepal MCP server). Exepal is operated by Evemoo Tech Pvt. Ltd. (company reg. no. 169786/73/074), Pepsicola-32, Kathmandu 46001, Nepal ("we", "us"). By calling the API or buying credit you accept these terms.

1. The service

Exepal sells single-purpose tools as API calls: web page reading, domain and email checks, security scanners, social media data, South Asia data utilities and similar. Each tool and its price per call is listed on the catalog and in tools.json. Results are generated automatically, with no human review.

2. Accounts, keys and free calls

You can get a free personal API key at exepal.com/key with an email address. Keep your key secret: anyone who has it can use your free calls and credit. Cheap tools include a limited number of free calls per day; we may change or stop the free allowance at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are per successful call, in US dollars, as listed when the call is made. You can pay in three ways:

• Prepaid credit on your API key, in packs of $5, $20 or $50. Card purchases are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and will appear on your statement.
• x402, where an agent pays per call in USDC, received by our US affiliate Socialji LLC.
• Apify Store, where Apify bills you under Apify's own terms.

Each successful call deducts its listed price from your credit. A call that fails (bad input, an unreachable page, an upstream outage) is not charged, or its charge is returned to your balance automatically. Credit does not expire while the service is running, is not transferable and has no cash value except as set out in the refund policy. We may change prices for future calls; the price shown at the time of a call is the one charged.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Exepal to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, harass people, collect personal data unlawfully, attack or overload websites or our infrastructure, or resell raw access to the API as a competing service. You are responsible for how you use results, including data about third parties, and for complying with the terms of the websites and platforms you ask our tools to read. We may rate-limit, suspend or close keys that break these rules; unused credit on a key closed for abuse may be forfeited.

5. Results and availability

Tools work on public and third-party data that can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Results, including security scans and AI-generated analysis, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and are not legal, financial or security advice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change or retire tools.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. You can stop using Exepal at any time.
